Wedding Photography FAQ’s

1. How far in advance should we book?

I will make every effort to fit in any dates that work for you and also fit my schedule. It is strongly recommended to schedule sooner rather than later.

2. Is travel included?

If your destination is outside of Catskills NY, Poconos, or Nepa, you will be charged an additional travel fee of $100.00.

3. What's the average cost of wedding photography?

I offer half day and full day photography services for larger weddings, as well as micro wedding photography for more intimate weddings with no more than 40 guests attending.

3. Can we customize an existing photography package to fit our needs?

Couples may not desire a shot list that is so strictly planned. Let me understand what your exact requirements are and I will work to craft a package that is suited to your needs.

4. Can you provide prints, framed wall art or albums?

YES! One of the things I love most about the photography industry is taking a digital file to print. Nothing brings me more excitement than a timeless black and white photo print that will last forever!

5. How long after the wedding will we receive the final photos?

It will take approximately 2-4 weeks until your wedding proofs are delivered. Once they arrive, you can choose which images you would like from the gallery, order prints, create an album, or even get custom framing. The entire time period from when the wedding photography is taken to when the post production process is complete can range from 30 to 60 days.

6. Will there be a second shooter or assistant on the wedding day?

Occasionally, I may require an assistant to help me out. The cost for a full day of assistance is 425.00.

7. Can we request specific shots or poses we want to be captured?

You should know that it might take longer to set up for these shots, so be prepared to spend some extra time on it and away from your guests.

8. How do you edit or retouch your images?

I will explain a variety of styles available to choose from for your finished photographs. I'll ensure that all the choices match the overall aesthetic of your wedding. These can range from a classic film noir style to vintage and faded, or even a silky-smooth skin texture to a Harley Davidson grunge appearance.

9. How many photos can we expect to receive from our wedding day?

You will be choosing your favorite images from a selection of 200 to 500.

10. What is your booking process.

Booking with me is straightforward. We'll start by having a preliminary consultation during which we'll assemble a personalized shot list that I'll send to you. Once you give the okay on the shot list, we'll sign a wedding contract and address any extra queries you might have. I require a 50% deposit to hold your wedding date and the remaining balance should be paid in full thirty days before your wedding. We'll also make sure to schedule a call 24 hours before your wedding to make sure everything is all set.
